In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations, please cancel your order before dispatch from the “my account” page or contact [email protected] to cancel the order.
Order with “On hold” status will be canceled automatically after 48 hours.
Pre-Order Cancellation – We won’t be able to cancel Pre-Order Product(s).
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious order(s).
Refund On Cancellation – Any refund requested by the customer will attract a 10% Penalty.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
